After completing a secure online application, you will submit your medical history, eye medical records, test results and images. Once this information has been received, our experienced team will determine which Bascom Palmer specialist is the most appropriate for your eye condition. You may also request a certain doctor if you’d prefer. Our specialist will provide the second opinion through a secure video visit after carefully reviewing all your documents. The specialist will discuss your concerns and confirm that the diagnosis and treatment plan recommended by your physician is the most beneficial for you, or recommend alternative options.

Once the application is complete and your medical records are submitted online, you will be scheduled for your second opinion consultation within one week.
